Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Designed visually compelling, on-brand marketing materials, including direct mailers, advertisements, flyers, social media graphics, signage, brochures, and promotional handouts.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional marketing teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging, high-impact visual designs.
  • Captured and produced high-quality photo and video content, including on-location video shoots for marketing campaigns, events, and social media.
  • Edited, enhanced, and retouched photos and videos using industry-standard design and video editing software to create professional-quality content.
  • Created AI-generated videos and incorporated AI-powered creative tools to produce innovative, engaging, and efficient marketing content.
  • Ensured brand consistency by adhering to and enforcing established brand guidelines across multiple brands and marketing channels.
  • Standardized marketing collateral to maintain a cohesive visual identity and high design quality across all customer touchpoints.
  • Refreshed and updated marketing assets annually to keep branding modern, relevant, and aligned with evolving business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Proven experience in creating a variety of marketing materials such as mailers, ads, flyers,

social media posts, signage, and handouts.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design solutions and a keen understanding of

typography, color theory, and layout design.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
