Job Description

Socialeyez is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Graphic Designer (Arabic Speaker) with strong experience in 360° campaigns, with a strong focus on social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality visual assets for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and other digital channels.
  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Create engaging static and animated content, including posts, stories, reels, carousels, banners, and digital advertisements.
  • Produce 360° campaign assets across digital, social media, print, and other marketing touchpoints.
  • Prepare artwork for production and ensure all deliverables meet brand and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and content creators to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all client brands and campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, typography, color theory, and social media best practices.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Support brainstorming sessions by contributing innovative visual concepts and creative ideas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 4+ years of graphic design experience in a creative or digital agency
  • Proven experience working on 360° campaigns, with a strong focus on social media
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media, motion graphics, and video editing work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and digital best practices
  • Excellent visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
