Graphic Designer

Job Description

MD Real Estate is hiring a Graphic Designer for our in-house marketing team. This isn’t a production role — we need someone who can take a marketing brief and build a full campaign visual system from it, across digital, social, performance, print, and events.

You’ll work on property launch campaigns, developer partnerships, roadshows, and corporate presentations in one of Abu Dhabi’s most active real estate markets — fast timelines, high volume, real commercial stakes. You’ll report to the Marketing Director and work closely with sales, digital, and content teams.

Must-Have From Day One

These are the responsibilities you’ll own immediately.

Campaign creative

• Develop campaign Key Visuals (KVs) and adapt approved concepts across digital, social, and paid formats

• Design assets for Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta and Google Display, website banners, landing pages, email, and WhatsApp campaigns

• Design conversion-focused ad creative and produce multiple variations for testing

Branding

• Apply and maintain MD Real Estate’s visual identity across all communication

• Work within developer brand guidelines while keeping a distinct MD Real Estate identity around each campaign

• Maintain consistency in typography, colour, logo usage, and imagery across brands and projects

Print & production

• Prepare technically correct print-ready artwork (bleed, crop marks, colour profiles, resolution)

• Prepare artwork for large-format printing and outdoor advertising (roll-up banners, hoardings)

• Perform final artwork checks before production and liaise with suppliers on adjustments

Real estate marketing collateral

• Property launch campaigns, brochures, flyers, floor-plan presentations, listing materials

• Event and roadshow collateral, invitations, VIP communication

Will Grow Into

Realistic for someone established at 3+ years, not a day-one expectation.

• Building branded templates and internal design systems

• Investor presentations and higher-stakes corporate/sales decks

• Image retouching, compositing, and advanced masking

• Motion graphics, video editing, or After Effects/Premiere work (if the candidate already has these, it’s a strong plus — not required)

Technical Requirements

Essential

• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign

• Strong working knowledge of typography, grid systems, layout and composition, colour theory

• Image manipulation and retouching, visual hierarchy, brand identity systems

• Digital design specifications and print production/prepress

• Export formats and optimisation

Advantageous

• Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro

• Figma

• Motion graphics or basic video editing

• AI-assisted creative tools (used to support the workflow — not a substitute for design fundamentals)

• Presentation design

• Photography or art direction

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience

• Agency, real estate, property development, luxury, or premium-brand experience is an advantage

• Experience in a fast-paced marketing department or creative agency is highly desirable

• UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage

Required Creative Skills

• Strong conceptual thinking and excellent visual taste

• Strong typography skills and high attention to detail

• Ability to interpret a brief independently and build a campaign visual system from a single concept

• Understanding of premium and luxury visual language

• Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives

• Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly, with consistency across high volumes of output

• Strong time and priority management

Portfolio Requirement

A portfolio is mandatory for consideration. It should demonstrate work across campaign concepts, social media, digital advertising, branding, print, premium/luxury design, and presentations — applications without one won’t be considered.

What We’re Really Looking For

Not someone who only knows how to operate design software — a designer who thinks. Someone who can receive a brief, understand the audience and objective, develop a visual direction, and turn it into work that is distinctive, polished, and commercially effective.

Working style: comfortable on several campaigns at once, managing urgent requests and tight deadlines, receiving direct feedback, and producing multiple iterations when required.
