Growth (CRM) Specialist
 

 Job Responsibilites

  • Own CRM scheduling management, performance evaluation, and strategy iteration, ensuring continuous growth in CRM-driven traffic and orders
  • Plan and execute CRM strategies based on user insights,manage cross-team CRM calander, and regularly review performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to build more CRM touchpoints, driving algorithmic optimization for user/scenario/benefit matching strategies.
  • Partner with marketing teams to refine off-platform traffic evaluation metrics, co-build media strategies, and scale DAU and conversion efficiency from social media, KOLs, and performance marketing channels.
  • Explore local off-platform traffic channels and innovate new initiatives/campaigns to attract user traffic.

Job Requirements

Strong logical thinking with the ability to streamline workflows and establish SOPs.

3–5 years of experience in CRM operations and traffic/growth operations for a consumer app or marketplace.

Arabic Language is mandatory with the ability to independently craft marketing copy writings for the Gulf region.

Strong data sensitivity with the ability to independently conduct data analysis and identify iteration points with dashboard support.

Familiar with local off-platform traffic ecosystem (Snapchat, TikTok, local KOLs, etc.) with proven end-to-end media and campaign execution experience.
