Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Kindergarten Education. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field supported by a recognized teaching qualification (B.Ed, PGDE, or PGCE) may be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood development, play‑based learning, and age‑appropriate assessment practices, with the ability to lead and support KG teachers effectively.
  • Non-native English speakers must demonstrate English language proficiency with an IELTS score of at least 7.0.
  • All academic qualifications must be fully attested and recognized through the UAE Ministry of Education Equivalency proces

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of solid and demonstrable teaching experience within Early Years or Kindergarten settings, with proven experience in a leadership or coordination role. Experience within an American curriculum school is preferred.
