Role Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for *building and leading the entire sales engine* of the company:

  • Creating and scaling:
  • Promoter Teams (field acquisition)
  • Telesales Teams (high-ticket closing)
  • Online Sales Funnels (lead → conversion)
  • Managing multiple sales managers and ensuring performance across all channels
  • Driving revenue in:
  • Investment packages
  • Business buying & selling
  • Company setup & corporate deals

We Are NOT Looking For:

  • CRM managers
  • Sales coordinators
  • “Team leaders” without real revenue ownership
  • People who never personally closed high-value deals

We ARE Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has *strong Dubai/UAE market experience*
  • Has proven experience in:
  • Investment sales
  • Business buying/selling
  • High-ticket corporate/B2B deals
  • Has *personally closed large deals*
  • Can *build, train, and scale sales teams from scratch*
  • Understands funnels, lead generation, and conversion deeply
  • Is obsessed with numbers: revenue, conversion rate, deal size
