Job Description
We are looking for a strategic and proactive HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and drive initiatives that enhance organizational performance, engagement, and talent development. As an HRBP, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR strategies with business objectives and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Your Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify capability gaps and implement development programs.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.
- Promote a positive employee experience and engagement culture.
- Coach managers on leadership, people management, and team effectiveness.
Skill Sets/Experience We Require
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to HRBP or HR generalist roles.
- Experience working in fast-paced or matrix organizations is an advantage.
- Advanced Excel Skills is a (Must)
