Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dubai, U.A.E

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR database
• Manage attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
• Coordinate visa, labor contracts, and compliance with UAE Labor Law
• Support performance reviews and training activities
• Address employee queries and relations matters
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
• Prepare basic HR reports

Qualification & Experience

• Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor Law
• Proficient in MS Office applications such as word, excel, etc
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience in UAE within Automotive or Service Industry
• Experience in recruitment processes preferred in UAE
