Summary
We are seeking a dynamic HR & Learning Officer to join our Human Resources team. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and driving learning initiatives across the cluster. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and a passion for colleague development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate training programs aligned with Hyatt standards and property needs.
- Assist in implementing talent development strategies and succession planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Partner with department heads to identify learning and development needs and create tailored solutions.
- Support the management of learning platforms, training records, and reporting requirements.
- Champion Hyatt’s culture, values, and colleague experience across all properties within the cluster.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or work experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Preferred exposure to F&B or Rooms operations to understand departmental needs and support operational learning requirements effectively.
- Passion for people development, learning, and creating engaging colleague experiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of HR systems and learning management systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Knowledge of Hyatt brand standards and UAE labor laws is desirable but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
