We’re Hiring: HR – Performance Specialist
🌟Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance management systems
• Coordinate and support periodic performance reviews (quarterly, mid-year, annual)
• Analyze performance review data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Work with managers to address performance gaps
• Collect and analyze performance data to assess effectiveness of programs
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership
• Ensuring all performance processes comply with healthcare policies and legal requirements
🎓 Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks
