Rocky Real Estate, an established and buyer-focused Dubai brokerage with a strong reputation since 1976, is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Admin to support the smooth delivery of day-to-day human resources and administrative activities. Working closely with the management and operations teams, the HR Admin will help maintain accurate employee records, coordinate onboarding and support recruitment, payroll and general HR processes. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality and a proactive approach to administration.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR and management teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files and HR databases
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, preparing documents and communicating with candidates
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, including new starter documentation, inductions and company policies
  • Assist with employment visa, work permit, medical insurance and other employee administration where required
  • Monitor attendance, annual leave, sick leave and other employee records
  • Prepare HR reports, letters, forms and correspondence accurately and within agreed deadlines
  • Support payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and employee information
  • Respond to employee queries professionally and direct more complex matters to the appropriate manager
  • Ensure HR documentation is handled confidentially and in line with company procedures and applicable UAE requirements
  • Assist with employee engagement, training coordination and general office administration

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years in an HR administration, office administration or similar support role
  • Knowledge of HR processes, employee records and recruitment administration
  • Strong competency using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience using HR systems, databases or document management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate document management skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently
  • Professional approach to confidential employee and business information
  • Previous experience in the UAE or knowledge of UAE employment administration is advantageous
