Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of HR operations to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for employee administration, attendance management, onboarding support, employee services, and HR reporting, while ensuring HR processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update employee master data and HR databases.
  • Ensure employee records and documentation are accurate, complete, and up to date.
  • Monitor the availability and renewal of employee documents, including ID cards, insurance cards, bank accounts, and ATM cards.
  • Prepare HR-related documents such as salary certificates, salary transfer letters, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
  • Manage daily and monthly attendance records.
  • Generate attendance reports and identify any discrepancies, exceptions, or policy violations.
  • Prepare consolidated monthly attendance reports.
  • Administer employee leave records, including annual leave, sick leave, emergency leave, and other absences.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking HR support and guidance.
  • Provide timely and effective HR services to employees across the organization.
  • Support employee-related administrative requirements and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • Assist in recruitment activities and candidate coordination.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new employees.
  • Ensure all new hires are accurately updated in SAP before payroll cut-off dates to prevent salary processing issues.
  • Prepare weekly reports on non-active employees and coordinate with the Payroll team regarding salary holds and related actions.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports as required to support business and operational needs.
  • Ensure employee information is accurately communicated to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare disciplinary documentation and related correspondence when required.
  • Coordinate resignation, termination, and absconding processes in line with company procedures.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and employee relations initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent qualification required.
  • Additional qualifications in administration or a related discipline are preferred.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar administrative role.
