Job Description

Viola is looking for a driven People & Culture Intern to join our buzzing People & Culture team, which plays a central role in nurturing our diverse and creative workforce. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to build a career in human resources by gaining hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with job postings and the coordination of interviews.
• Support onboarding activities by helping prepare welcome materials and coordinating induction logistics.
• Help organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture team, including maintaining simple trackers and preparing basic reports.
• Contribute to research projects on HR trends and assist with drafting materials for presentations.
• Collaborate with different departments to support HR-related initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong interest in developing a career in human resources.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
