Industrialization Engineer (DFM / Production Engineer)

Air Q Limited is looking for an Industrialization Engineer (DFM / Production Engineer) to support production readiness by owning work instructions, engineering documentation, document control, and design-change implementation.

The role will work closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, and shop-floor teams to ensure production teams always work with accurate, current, and approved build documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain work instructions for assembly and integration processes.
• Manage document revisions and ensure technicians use the latest approved documentation.
• Control and track engineering and design changes from R&D to production.
• Translate design updates into practical work instructions and build documentation.
• Identify production-floor issues and coordinate with R&D/Engineering for resolution.
• Support documentation readiness for new production lines and product launches.
• Ensure documentation meets applicable quality and production standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering, DFM, or engineering documentation control.
• Experience in aerospace, UAV, aviation, or defense manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of DFM and production processes.
• Experience with engineering change management and document control.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 / AS9100 principles.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent process-improvement certification is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

You will play a key role in ensuring that designs are successfully translated into production-ready processes, with the right documentation, revisions, and instructions available on the shop floor.
