Bright Riders Schools are looking for a skilled, experienced and proactive IT Manager / IT Officer to join our dynamic school team and support a secure, reliable, and technology-driven learning environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities ·      Manage and maintain the school’s IT infrastructure, network, systems, and devices ·      Provide timely technical support to staff and students ·      Ensure smooth functioning of hardware, software, Wi-Fi, servers, and school technology systems ·      Monitor and maintain IT security, data backups, and data protection ·      Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with external IT service providers ·      Support the implementation and effective use of educational technology and digital platforms ·      Ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations across the school 🔹 Candidate Profile ·      Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in IT / Computer Science ·      Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, servers, and IT systems ·      Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills ·      Strong communication, coordination, and organizational abilities ·      Previous experience of working in a UAE school environment is highly desirable ·      Experience with School Management Systems (SMS), ERP/HRMS, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and educational technology will be an added advantage Interested candidates are encouraged to apply on
