Job Role: Joinery Project Engineer
We are looking for a highly skilled Joinery Project Engineer to coordinate and execute high-end joinery and fit-out projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of joinery production, materials, and installation with proven project engineering experience.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Review and interpret architectural and interior design drawings for
joinery works.
✅ Prepare shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals.
✅ Coordinate between design, production, procurement, and site teams to
ensure seamless project execution.
✅ Monitor project schedules, progress, and site activities to meet
deadlines.
✅ Assist in preparing BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimates.
✅ Conduct site inspections to ensure work is as per approved drawings and
quality standards.
✅ Resolve technical/site issues and provide solutions to keep projects on
track.
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.

Requirements:
🔹 Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil / Architectural / Interior Engineering.
🔹 Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer in joinery/fit-out
industry.
🔹 Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of 3D/ShopOffice;
Drawing software is a plus.
🔹 Strong understanding of joinery materials, finishes, and installation
methods.
🔹Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
🔹UAE experience in high-end joinery projects preferred.
🔹 Valid UAE driving license .
