Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately record daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain and organise accounting documents and financial records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Support payroll processing and reconciliation.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash.
• Coordinate insurance claims and Revenue Cycle Management activities.
• Assist with UAE VAT returns, reconciliations, and compliance requirements in accordance with UAE tax regulations, including corporate tax documentation, preparation, and filing requirements.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• High attention to detail, accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage.
• Experience in healthcare accounting, insurance claims, or RCM is an advantage.
