We’re Hiring | Junior Accountant / Key Account Executive | Dubai

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Key Account Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting operations, sales coordination, customer account handling, invoicing, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Assist in daily accounting and financial operations
✔ Prepare invoices, payment follow-ups, and account statements
✔ Handle customer accounts and maintain accurate records
✔ Coordinate with sales and operations teams regarding client requirements
✔ Support account reconciliation and reporting activities
✔ Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
✔ Communicate with clients regarding payments and account-related matters
Requirements:
🔹 Minimum 1–3 years of UAE experience in accounting or key account handling
🔹 Knowledge of invoicing, reconciliation, and basic accounting procedures
🔹 Strong communication and coordination skills
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
🔹 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred:
⭐ Experience in Logistics, Trading, or Free Zone companies
⭐ Candidates with sales coordination experience preferred
⭐ Immediate joiners will be an advantage
