Junior Accountant

Dubai, UAE (Full-Time, On-site)

Lathief Production is expanding, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. If you’re passionate about numbers, naturally organized, and ready to grow in a fast-paced creative production environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and reconciliations
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project budgets and expenditures
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and assist with tax filings
• Assist senior management with financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Tally is a must
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
