We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Emirati Junior Administrative Officer to join our team. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both office administration and HR support functions. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career nationals looking to build a career in business operations, human resources, or corporate services.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration & Coordination

  • Receive, log, and store incoming and outgoing documents (contracts, reports, letters, invoices, etc.)
  • Maintain a digital and physical filing system for company documents, invoices, and contracts.
  • Label and index documents clearly for easy retrieval.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all documentation complies with company confidentiality and data protection standards.
  • Scan, photocopy, and archive important documents following company policies save them in electronic folders.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents at all times.
  • Assist in archiving old or closed project documents.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual proficiency is required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
  • Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Demonstrates a willingness to learn and takes proactive initiative.
