We are seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Emirati Junior Administrative Officer to join our team. The role is designed to provide hands-on experience in both office administration and HR support functions. This is an ideal opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career nationals looking to build a career in business operations, human resources, or corporate services.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration & Coordination
- Receive, log, and store incoming and outgoing documents (contracts, reports, letters, invoices, etc.)
- Maintain a digital and physical filing system for company documents, invoices, and contracts.
- Label and index documents clearly for easy retrieval.
Documentation & Reporting
- Ensure all documentation complies with company confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Scan, photocopy, and archive important documents following company policies save them in electronic folders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents at all times.
- Assist in archiving old or closed project documents.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a diploma or a bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriately.
- Maintains a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Demonstrates a willingness to learn and takes proactive initiative.
