Job Description
We are hiring a Junior IP Coder – Insurance Approval to join the insurance team at a leading healthcare facility in Ajman, UAE.
📍 Location: Thumbay University Hospital, Al Jurf, Ajman
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Review inpatient medical records and assign accurate ICD/CPT codes
• Coordinate with insurance teams for approvals and documentation
• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and insurance requirements
🔹 Requirements:
✔ Background in Medical / Healthcare field
✔ Basic knowledge of ICD, DRG coding & insurance processes
✔ 1–2 years of UAE experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and attention to detail
✔ CPC Certification is a must
