Junior Videographer

Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and creative Junior Videographer to join our dynamic marketing team at Allegiance Real Estate. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, preferably within the real estate industry, and a strong passion for visual storytelling. This role will support the production of engaging video content that showcases our properties, brand, and market expertise across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Production Support

  • Assist in planning, shooting, and editing high-quality videos, including property tours, promotional campaigns, client testimonials, and event coverage.
  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment under guidance when required.
  • Capture creative shots that enhance property presentation and brand image.

2. Content Creation & Platform Adaptation

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
  • Create engaging content tailored for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube), websites, and internal presentations.
  • Adapt video formats and styles to suit platform-specific requirements.

3. Post-Production

  • Edit raw footage into polished videos using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Add transitions, music, captions, and basic motion graphics to enhance viewer engagement.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Allegiance Real Estate’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

4. Asset & Project Coordination

  • Support in managing multiple video projects while meeting agreed deadlines.
  • Maintain an organized and accessible library of video files and digital assets.

5. Learning & Innovation

  • Stay updated with emerging real estate videography trends and social media formats.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to improve content quality and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Videographer, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Basic understanding of lighting, audio setup, and camera operation.
  • Portfolio showcasing property tours, reels, or promotional content.
  • Strong creativity and attention to detail.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
