Key Account Manager – Decorative Projects
About the job

By holding this position, you are expected to develop and manage key customer accounts by promoting Jotun Decorative products, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing sales and technical support to achieve sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.

This position reports to the Sales Manager – Decorative Projects and will be based in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow the customer base through regular market visits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and projects to achieve sales targets.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, quotations, and provide product recommendations.
  • Monitor pricing, payments, and customer accounts to achieve profitability and collection targets.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, and Production to deliver excellent customer service.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineer or any related field in sales Engineering
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction field, preferably in paints
  • Having a UAE driving license is preferred
  • Proficiency in English and good negotiation skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills to deliver clear ideas and communicate results.
