Language Teachers Wanted – Join an Exciting New International Summer Programme in Dubai

We are building something new.
A dynamic international learning community is launching its first Summer Language Programme, for Dubai’s diverse expat communities. We are currently seeking passionate and experienced language educators specialising in:
Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Swedish, Finnish, Italian, Greek, and Japanese.

This is an exciting opportunity for educators already active within Dubai’s international communities who are looking to grow their teaching practice within a professional and collaborative school environment. Whether you currently teach independently or run community language sessions and want an institutional framework, a dedicated space to build meaningful programmes from the ground up. – we would love to hear from you.

WHAT EDUCATORS WILL DO
• Deliver engaging language lessons aligned with international standards
• Build positive learning environments that develop confidence in speaking, reading, writing, and listening
• Differentiate learning for varied ages and abilities
• Support student progress through feedback and assessment
• Celebrate language and culture through immersive learning
• Integrate modern teaching methods and technology
• Collaborate with an international team and help shape and grow the language programme

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Native or near-native fluency in your language specialism
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (school, private tutoring, or community programmes)
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, Linguistics, or a related field
• A formal teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, Teaching License, or equivalent) is strongly preferred – however, we equally value demonstrated teaching ability, a strong community presence, and a proven track record with students.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills with a passion for language education and cultural connection.
