GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This role is integral to supporting students with diverse learning needs and ensuring an inclusive, engaging educational environment.

• Provide targeted support to students in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Assist teachers in implementing differentiated learning strategies.
• Foster a positive and supportive atmosphere that promotes student confidence and independence.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for education.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
