Required Qualifications & Skills:

* Arab National – Male
* Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field
* Relevant experience in a school environment
* Previous experience in a supervisory or coordination role is preferred
* Experience with the American Curriculum is preferred
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Good student management and supervision skills
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
* Ability to supervise and support students and staff effectively
* Ability to handle daily school and student-related responsibilities professionally
* Educational certificates must be attested and equalized in the UAE
* Available for immediate joining
