Job Description

Role Summary

Produce high-impact video storytelling and executive content for internal and external communications, including leadership messages, campaign films, event highlights, social videos, interviews, explainers, and reputation-building content. The role manages the end-to-end video lifecycle from concept, planning, filming, editing, localisation, captioning, delivery, and performance review.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Plan, capture, edit, and deliver high-quality video content for campaigns, leadership communications, events, social media, and internal engagement initiatives.
  • Transform creative briefs into detailed storyboards, production plans, shot lists, interview structures, and post-production schedules.
  • Operate professional video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio, and livestreaming tools.
  • Create engaging motion graphics, captions, localized content, and polished video edits that align with project objectives.
  • Ensure all video content complies with brand guidelines, accessibility requirements, technical standards, and compliance policies.
  • Collaborate with executives, communications teams, agencies, event stakeholders, and content creators to develop compelling visual stories.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools for editing, transcription, captioning, localization, content adaptation, and workflow optimization.
  • Monitor video performance metrics and audience feedback to continuously improve storytelling, engagement, distribution, and content effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma in Film, Media Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 4–6 years of professional experience in videography, video production, and post-production environments.
  • Strong expertise in video editing, corporate storytelling, and creating engaging content for digital and social media channels.
  • Hands-on experience with livestreaming, video production workflows, and multimedia content delivery.
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent video editing platforms.
