The Role

As a Marketing Analyst at SUMWON STUDIOS, you will be the driving force behind data-led marketing decisions. You will analyse performance across all channels, uncover growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to guide both marketing and commercial strategies. This is a high-impact, analytical role focused on insight generation and decision support, not

campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Performance Analysis

  • Own daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting across paid channels
  • Monitor traffic, revenue, and efficiency metrics against targets
  • Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities
  • Diagnose performance changes—focusing on why results moved, not just what changed

Deep-Dive Analytics & Business Insights

  • Conduct detailed analysis across:
  • Campaign, ad set, and creative performance
  • Audience and targeting effectiveness
  • Geographic and market-level performance
  • Product and category trends
  • Translate data into clear, commercially focused recommendations for Growth and Creative teams

Creative & Content Insights

  • Analyse performance of creatives, messaging, formats, and content types
  • Identify winning patterns and underperforming assets
  • Provide actionable recommendations on:
  • What to scale
  • What to optimise
  • What to test next

Dashboarding & Tracking

  • Own and maintain executive and operational dashboards covering:
  • Channel performance
  • Funnel KPIs
  • Market and campaign breakdowns
  • Partner with tech and platform teams to ensure:
  • Accurate tracking implementation
  • Consistent and reliable data

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing analytics, performance marketing, or e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Paid media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok)
  • Core e-commerce metrics (ROAS, AOV, CR%, CPA)
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable business insights
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
