We are looking for a high-level Marketing Director who can design campaigns that generate real bookings and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute the full marketing strategy for the brand

* Design high-performing client acquisition campaigns

* Manage advertising across

Instagram, TikTok, Google, and Meta

* Increase salon bookings through digital campaigns

* Collaborate with beauty influencers and creators

* Lead the social media and content team

* Build conversion funnels for salon services

* Analyse campaign performance and optimize ROI

* Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years marketing experience in Dubai

* Experience in Beauty, Salon, Aesthetic or Luxury Services

* Strong expertise in Performance Marketing

* Proven experience in lead generation and client bookings

* Hands-on experience with

Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads

* Experience working with beauty influencers

* Ability to create high-impact marketing campaigns
