📢 We’re Hiring: Marketing Executive
📍 Location: Dubai, UAE (Travel between clinics, including Abu Dhabi)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time / Career Level: Junior to Mid Career
📈 Reporting To: Marketing Director

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Executive to support the day-to-day marketing operations across our network of fertility centers. This role will focus on marketing coordination, procurement, event management, brand consistency, and administrative support to the wider marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Handle marketing administration, procurement requests, vendor coordination, and invoice tracking.
🔹 Coordinate in-clinic and external events, exhibitions, activations, and awareness campaigns.
🔹 Ensure brand consistency and marketing standards are maintained across all clinic locations.
🔹 Manage marketing inventory, promotional materials, and stock distribution across clinics.
🔹 Maintain and update clinic screens with approved marketing content and campaign messaging.
🔹 Travel between clinics, including Abu Dhabi, to support marketing initiatives and operational requirements.
🔹 Provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing Director and wider marketing team as required.
Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
✅ 2–4 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or administrative
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✅ Excellent communication and coordination abilities
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
✅ Willingness to travel regularly between clinics, including Abu Dhabi
