Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager Marketing CRM to join our organization in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive CRM marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of marketing professionals, manage marketing technology platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize customer experiences and campaign performance.

  • Develop and implement CRM marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives and customer lifecycle goals
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms (Braze) to ensure effective customer data management and segmentation
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance on campaign execution, performance metrics, and professional development
  • Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns including email marketing, marketing automation, and targeted customer communications
  • Analyze customer data and marketing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
  • Create and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and strong return on investment
  • Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and customer targeting
  • Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in CRM management

Qualifications

Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking mindset

Proven experience (5+ years) in CRM marketing management or similar marketing leadership role

Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, MoEngage, CleverTap

Strong expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation strategies

Demonstrated experience with analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms

Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles

Experience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating strong financial acumen

Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies

Excellent project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

Proficiency in performance marketing and A/B testing methodologies

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders

Experience with marketing technology stack integration and optimization

Familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies is preferred

Basic SQL or data query knowledge is a plus
