Marketing Manager – Western Europe & North America
Synopsis
We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to execute full-funnel marketing activity across a defined set of markets in the region. This role is focused on coordination, delivery, and optimisation, with strong exposure to both brand and performance marketing in a premium, global airline environment.Working closely with senior marketing leaders and commercial and revenue teams, you will ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly, on time, and on brand, while supporting commercial objectives such as demand stimulation, route performance, and revenue growth.The role is well suited to someone with a strong creative flair who can confidently manage creative development while balancing commercial objectives, performance metrics, and return on investment.
Accountabilities
Campaign Execution & Delivery
- Execute integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns across assigned markets, from awareness through to conversion.
- Coordinate activity across paid, owned, and earned channels, including digital, social, sponsorships, OOH, partnerships, and CRM, to deliver the country execution plans for assigned markets.
- Manage campaign timelines, assets, approvals, and deployment to ensure seamless delivery.
- Ensure all activity reflects Etihad’s premium brand positioning while remaining locally relevant.
Market & Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day marketing contact for assigned markets.
- Partner with internal teams across the Revenue & Commercial division to align execution with commercial priorities.
- Support market-specific initiatives including tactical offers, seasonal activity, and new route launches.
- Manage external agency partners as required, ensuring high-quality output, on-time delivery, and adherence to brand standards and performance expectations.
Performance Tracking & Optimisation
- Track campaign performance across key metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, bookings, and CPA.
- Support reporting and post-campaign reviews, identifying insights and optimisation opportunities.
Ways of Working
- Operate with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Manage multiple workstreams concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Actively engage markets through up to 20% travel to build local knowledge and relationships.
Education & Experience
- 5 years of marketing experience in a consumer-facing business, ideally within airlines or retail.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Solid experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Highly organised, delivery-focused, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with agencies and multiple internal stakeholders.
- Commercially curious and keen to understand what drives performance.
- Willing and excited to travel and engage with markets on the ground.
