Marketing & Sales Graduate (UAE Nationals)

As a Marketing & Sales Graduate Associate, you will join a two-year rotational program designed to provide hands-on experience in Marketing and Sales (Account Management). In your first year, you will work closely with the Marketing team, gaining exposure to market analysis, product positioning, campaign execution, and customer engagement strategies. This will help you understand how we develop go-to-market plans and create value-driven solutions for our clients.
In your second year, you will transition into Sales (Account Management), where you will manage a real customer portfolio, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions using Hilti’s innovative products and services. By the end of the program, you will have developed a well-rounded commercial skillset, preparing you for future career growth at Hilti with opportunities to advance into leadership roles.
What You’ll Do
As a Marketing & Sales Graduate Associate, you will go through a structured two-year rotation, gaining hands-on experience in both Marketing and Sales (Account Management).
- Year 1 – Marketing Rotation:
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to drive strategic decisions.
- Work with the Product and Engineering teams to position Hilti’s solutions effectively.
- Assist in digital marketing, brand awareness, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Year 2 – Sales (Account Management) Rotation:
- Take ownership of a real sales territory, managing a portfolio of customers.
- Develop strong client relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Engage with decision-makers in the construction industry and present Hilti’s value-added services.
- Utilize cutting-edge digital tools to optimize sales strategies and improve customer experience.
By the end of the program, you will have gained a comprehensive commercial skillset, preparing you for a long-term career in Marketing, Sales, or leadership roles at Hilti.
What You’ll Bring
- UAE National with a Family Book (to comply with Emiratization law).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – previous experience in Marketing a plus.
- Passion for Sales or Marketing with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
