Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing & SEO Specialist role based in Dubai. The Marketing & SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and SEO strategies to increase online visibility, drive patient inquiries, and enhance the clinic’s digital presence. Daily tasks include conducting keyword and market research, optimizing website content and landing pages, managing social media and online campaigns, and tracking performance metrics to improve search rankings and conversion rates. The role also involves collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to ensure consistent branding, creating promotional materials and content aligned with services, and coordinating marketing initiatives for specific target audiences and community segments.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Adequate knowledge of facebook Ads
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Fluency in English
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New MediWe are currently seeking a talented and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Executive / Photographer/Videographer/. The ideal candidate should possess a strong portfolio and a proven track record of producing high-quality visuals preferably with the medical center or clinic experience.
- Atleast 2~3 years of proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist, preferably in healthcare sector.
- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills to plan, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to convert leads, promote services, and support revenue growth.
- Experience in SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) is highly beneficial.
- Background in healthcare, clinics, or wellness industries is needed
- Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A portfolio mentioning the projects undertaken so far would be preferred.
- Knowledge of basic HTML and web publishing.
- Experience of video making & editing.
