Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Math and Science Trainer role based in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The Math and Science Trainer will deliver engaging lessons in mathematics and science that align with Prep Up’s hands-on, experiment-based approach. Daily responsibilities include planning and structuring lessons, preparing practical demonstrations, guiding students through activities, and assessing their understanding through formative and summative methods. The trainer will adapt teaching strategies to different learning styles, provide individual and small-group support, and maintain a safe and organized learning environment for experiments. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues to refine curricula, communicating student progress to center leadership and families as needed, and participating in training or professional development to enhance instructional practices.

Qualifications

• Strong subject knowledge and instructional skills in Science Education and Physics.
• Solid expertise in Mathematics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and in multiple ways.
• Background as a Qualified Teacher, with experience in classroom management and student engagement.
• Demonstrated ability in Lesson Planning, including creating hands-on, experiment-based activities.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience teaching diverse age groups in a classroom, tutoring center, or enrichment program setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered and inclusive mindset.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a small team environment.
