Job Description
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE medical insurance
Good knowledge of insurance companies and approval processes
Experience with insurance systems and e-claims portals
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Arabic is a plus
Strong communication and organizational skills
Job Responsibilities:
Handle insurance approvals and submissions
Follow up on claims with insurance companies
Manage rejections and resubmissions
Coordinate with medical and reception teams
Ensure accurate data entry in the system
