Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in customer service and a strong ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in MS Office and customer service/CRM tools.
