Job Description

Notions Group is a chocolate manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE, and we are looking for an experienced NPD Specialist to join our team at DIP 2.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Food Biotechnology, or a related field
  • Experience in FMCG/CPG, preferably in chocolate, confectionery, sweet goods, or similar industries
  • Hands-on experience in new product development, formulation, testing, scale-up, and commercialization
  • Knowledge of food regulations, labeling, allergens, nutrition facts, and product claims
  • Strong coordination skills with R&D, Production, Quality, and Marketing teams
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
