CHIEF NURSING OFFICER (CNO)
Thumbay Medicity, Ajman
KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION INCLUDES

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across nursing services
• Drive nursing excellence, patient safety, quality, and clinical outcomes
• Lead JC accreditation readiness and continuous compliance
• Lead or support Magnet Recognition / redesignation initiatives
• Promote an academic nursing environment integrating clinical practice, education, research,
  innovation, and evidence-based care.
• Strengthen nurse engagement, retention, professional development, and succession planning
• Partner with the GCNO, MD, COO, CEO, executive leadership, and medical staff
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in hospital operations, budget management, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Ability to drive organizational change, innovation, and staff engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-building skills
• Sense of ownership and commitment to work, Conscientious with positive work ethic,
  commitment to equality and diversity and equal opportunity, trustworthy and honest.
  QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• RN with master’s degree /PhD or Equivalent in nursing or related healthcare discipline
• 10+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience
• Previous experience as CNO / Deputy CNO from a reputed hospital is required
• Proven record in JCI Accreditation is mandatory. ANCC Magnet experience is preferred.
• Excel in showcasing exceptional executive leadership, communication, and change-
  management skills
• International healthcare Experience is highly desirable.
