Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with filing, photocopying, and other basic administrative tasks when required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents within the office.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or cleaning supply requirements.
- Support the administrative team with general office duties.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
