Job Description
Lead and oversee daily café operations, ensuring smooth execution of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Drive outlet sales performance through strong leadership, coaching, and performance monitoring. Maintain consistency in brand standards, food safety, hygiene, and visual presentation. Optimise staffing levels, scheduling, and team productivity in line with business needs. Monitor cost control, wastage, and inventory accuracy to achieve financial targets. Build and develop a motivated team through training, mentorship, and continuous feedback. Resolve guest concerns promptly with empathy and ownership, ensuring positive brand experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Marketing, Procurement, Projects) to achieve outlet and company goals. Ensure compliance with all operational SOPs, company policies, and UAE labour and safety regulations. Participate in audits, reports, and operational reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
