HR Executive (Temporary – Maternity Cover)

The HR Executive will provide full-spectrum HR support during a maternity cover period, ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and continuity of employee services. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-performance environment aligned with OMNIYAT’s luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Administration

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, and exit procedures
  • Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related documentation
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems
  • Support payroll coordination and ensure timely submission of HR data

Employee Relations & Support

  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
  • Support in handling employee relations matters in coordination with the HR Manager

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR documentation and processes are compliant with internal policies
  • Support preparation of HR reports and workforce data as required

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of HR experience (real estate or corporate environment preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in HR operations and employee lifecycle management
