Job Description

Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government organizations / authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two and provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs.

Responsibilities

Strategic:

N/A

Operational:

• Carry out all activities for official collection & submission of government applications and processing of variety of legal documents.
• Accurately prepare and process required legal documents related to government agencies such as Ministry of Economic, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Tadweer, Civil Defense, Traffic Department and Municipality.
• Represent the company at different offices like Airport, Embassies, Police station, Ministries, Municipalities, Traffic department as and when required.
• Assist the office in determining any issues identified with vehicle registration and renewal.
• Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all services.
• Provide expert advice to business and employees on all permits, approvals and all other govrelated procedures.
• Manages the database of fines paid daily by drivers and ensures the entry of all fines in Orbit system.

People Management:

• Manage Communication with Taxi Drivers.

Product/Process Improvement:

• Adherence to the set regulations, policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education & Certifications:

• Minimum of Secondary Education with strong PR experience.

Knowledge & Skill:

• Excellent written & oral communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with local government agencies.

Experience:

• More than 5 years of proven experience in similar role with strong knowledge of UAE Labour law.
• Must have experience and working knowledge with government organizations and embassies.
