Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive – Payroll & Benefits Administration to manage end-to-end payroll, employee benefits, and HR operations across the GCC region. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE labor law, hands-on HCM experience, and the ability to manage large-scale employee data. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing, managing comprehensive insurance portfolios, overseeing HR documentation, and maintaining strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, including earnings, deductions, and payslip generation in compliance with the Labor Law.
  • Perform rigorous payroll reconciliation to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Conduct data analysis to generate actionable payroll reports and insights.
  • Manage end-to-end medical insurance for the UAE, covering renewals, cancellations, census updates, and invoice verification.
  • Oversee life insurance claim approvals and complaints for the UAE and manage UAE travel insurance.
  • Process new HRA requests and renewals.
  • Validate Personnel Action Forms (PAFs).
  • Manage the AOR processes.
  • Handle all certificate and letter requests, alongside conducting employment verification and reference checks.
  • Review and approve employee data requests on the HCM system.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SLAs for all payroll and HR activities and maintain SLA trackers.

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

  • Graduation or Equivalent degree in HR
  • Certification in payroll management or relevant HR certifications is a plus.
  • 2-3 Years of relevant payroll/HR experience in the UAE.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Experience with Oracle HCM or any other leading Human Capital Management (HCM) software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll and employee data.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees and management.
