We are recruiting an experienced Payroll & Compliance Officer for a UAE-based organisation.

Job Description

The Payroll & Compliance Officer will manage payroll-processing activities and ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations and the Wage Protection System.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll.
• Maintain payroll records.
• Manage WPS payroll submissions.
• Verify payroll calculations.
• Coordinate salary adjustments and deductions.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance.
• Maintain employee payroll data.
• Ensure payroll transactions comply with UAE regulations.
• Support UAE payroll-related compliance.
• Maintain payroll reports and supporting documentation.
• Manage payroll administration within Bayzat.
  

Qualifications

• Proven UAE payroll experience.
• Hands-on WPS experience.
• Knowledge of UAE payroll regulations.
• Bayzat experience is required/highly preferred.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Strong confidentiality.
• Good HR/Finance coordination skills.
• Good English communication skills.
