Are you a diligent, resourceful and accomplished accountant with a deeply analytical mind and a strong head for numbers? You are required as a Payroll Specialist to conduct exacting payroll analyses and forecasts, collate complex payroll data, control payroll records and ensure accurate & timely payroll processing at G42 and its diverse Business Units. Qualifications

  • Proven Work Experience in Payroll.
  • Bachelor degree’s Holder. – Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel USER).
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality.
  • Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.
  • Facilitates audits by providing records and documentation to auditors. – Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Assess and recommend payroll processing solutions in additional operating jurisdictions
  • Documentation of new or enhanced policy, procedure, and practices
