We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead Generator to join our team and drive high-quality lead generation campaigns across multiple digital channels.
Responsibility:
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns to achieve business goals.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture and convert leads.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on key metrics such as CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Create audience targeting strategies and retargeting campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation and performance marketing.
- Must have strong expertise in:
- Email Marketing
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Experience with campaign tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.
- Ability to manage budgets and improve campaign ROI.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
