We’re Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (High-Budget | Global Markets)

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale campaigns, optimize funnels, and directly impact pipeline and sales across global markets.
What You’ll Own
- Scale and manage campaigns across:
- Meta
- TikTok
- Execute programmatic media buying using:
- StackAdapt
- Display & Video 360
- The Trade Desk
- Optimize for CPQL, CAC, ROAS, and pipeline value
- Implement multi-touch attribution & offline conversion tracking (CRM → Ads)
- Leverage first-party data via Salesforce Data Cloud & CDPs
- Drive automation & AI-led optimization (Madgicx, Revealbot, scripts)
- Work closely with Sales to improve lead quality → conversion → revenue
- Scale AED 500K–1M+ monthly budgets across global markets
What You Bring
- 5+ years managing high-budget ad accounts ($100K+/month)
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Strong experience with programmatic platforms (StackAdapt / DV360 / TTD)
- Deep understanding of:
- Attribution models (MTA, data-driven)
- Conversion tracking, APIs, and event tracking (Meta & Google ecosystems)
- Experience with:
- Google Analytics 4
- CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred)
- Data tools like BigQuery / Snowflake (plus)
Bonus Points
- Experience with identity graphs / clean rooms (UID2, LiveRamp)
- Exposure to AI-driven marketing systems & automation workflows
