We are looking for a results-driven Ads Manager / Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms and a strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
  • Analyze key metrics and prepare performance reports.
  • Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and budget management.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Must be available to join immediately.
