Job Description

Addmind is a privately owned hospitality group and a leading company in the Middle East for hospitality management and innovative food and beverage concepts. The group has a growing international portfolio of restaurants, bars and lounges, beach clubs, nightlife venues, and hotels.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Photographer to join our growing team in Dubai on a seasonal basis.

The ideal candidate will create high-quality photo and video content across Addmind venues, events, and brand campaigns. You will help showcase our nightlife and lifestyle experiences through engaging and visually appealing photography and video.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photos and videos across Addmind venues, including events, performances, food and beverage experiences, and the overall atmosphere.
• Capture the energy of nightlife, guest experiences, and artist performances in fast-paced and low-light environments.
• Create content for marketing campaigns, social media, public relations, and internal communications.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit and retouch photos and videos to match the brand guidelines and visual identity of Addmind’s different brands.
• Deliver polished, ready-to-publish content within short deadlines, including same-day event highlights when required.
• Handle colour grading, photo retouching, and content formatting for different platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
• Maintain consistency in the visual quality and style of all content.

Planning & Coordination

• Coordinate shooting schedules with venue management, marketing, and events teams.
• Visit and assess locations and prepare shot lists before events and campaigns.
• Work professionally with artists, performers, and talent teams to capture key moments while respecting their space and privacy.

Equipment & File Management

• Maintain and manage photography, video, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Organise and archive raw and edited files according to company standards.
• Ensure all content is properly backed up and stored for future use.

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports campaign goals and brand positioning.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
• Support the creation of event recap videos, highlights, and other post-event content.

Requirements

• A degree or diploma in Photography, Film, Media Production, Audiovisual Production, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in photography and videography, preferably within hospitality, food and beverage, nightlife, entertainment, or lifestyle industries.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating experience in event, venue, lifestyle, and commercial content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, and other relevant editing software.
• Experience shooting in low-light and fast-paced environments, particularly nightlife venues and events.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and late nights based on operational requirements.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach when working with artists, talent, guests, and clients.
• Ability to work effectively with different teams in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
